Logline :

Based on the classic play by Joe Mantegna, Dennis Franz and eight other members of the Organic Theater of Chicago, this manic ensemble comedy follows the shenanigans of nine "die hard" baseball fans as they root for their favorite Chicago baseball team from the intimate right field bleachers of Lakeview Park, Chicago.

Once billed as a "nine inning comedy," this high-spirited character-driven story is based on an actual group of die-hard baseball fans who continue to habit a certain popular North Side of Chicago baseball park which we can't mention here.

The original play is the longest running equity waiver play in Los Angeles theater history.
